Legacy

Some call it folklore, others refer to it as inspiration but no matter how you refer to it, the key is that you refer to it at all.

Every company has a legacy, a past, a history that laid out the circumstances to where they are now and how they arrived there.

I loved the fact that the company I worked for for over twenty years had such a rich legacy.   It was rich in history, rich in characters and rich in inspiration.

Leaders create legacy.

Leaders honor legacy.
